We think mental health is important to talk about and that art can be a great way to cope, explore and learn more. Within this exhibition there are images and stories that are windows into hidden experiences that may be different or similar to our own. We hope that this sharing can bring opportunities for dialogue, greater understanding, and empathy.  

 

We also know that these images and stories can bring up difficult things for people who have struggled or are struggling. Please take care of yourself and one another as you view this exhibition.
