Transport property is the industry name for the ability of food packaging materials to allow foods to make it from factory to table in whole condition: unbroken cookies, intact eggs, etc. This packaging creates an excess of plastic needed to ensure the items are cushioned from impact. This work seeks to bring attention to the waste created by plastic food packaging and create a dialog wherein manufacturers take more responsibility for the excessive packaging that they put out into the world in order to make their product more appealing, or appear larger than it actually is.
