"Patient was seen for several months for various complaints. After minimal testing and examination, it is my wholly objective determination, without bias or ego, that there is nothing much wrong with her. I refer to Fig. 1, which offers no evidence of abnormality or the symptoms which the patient claims to experience. It may be that her perceived symptoms are due to an alternative etiology such as relating to chronic anxiety, female hysteria, or a combination of factors that cannot be easily addressed or treated. There is no just cause for further testing.
