Covid has been a trying and frightening time for artists; Especially those who found art after dealing with health issues. This new direction in my art reflects an intuitive desire for expression of the soul. Of the adventures I long for and of the emotions that are, at times, all consuming. Creation is the largest blessing when overcoming dark times. Using mixed media I seek to incorporate the many layers that this past year has caused us to worth through. We all have our different reasons but in the end our connection to one another and to the world is the same. There is beauty in storms.
