Have you ever fallen so deeply into the abyss of heartbreak or grief, that it left you feeling numb? Or soared on wings of love's elation, where every heartbeat feels like flight and the world below fades into a blur?
These moments of intense human experience are as palpable as the water I utilize to help express them. They drive my creative exploration. Through the medium of photography, I strive to capture and convey this emotional energy, whether they are my own experiences or those observed in others.
Immersing myself in the otherworldly environment beneath the water's surface, I utilize the interplay of ambient light, air, and water as tools to translate the ethereal beauty that surrounds me. Through fluid movements of hair and fabric, mesmerizing reflections of light and form, and thought provoking compositions I work to create images that invite viewers to delve deeper into their own consciousness as well as, provoke contemplation on the emotions that define our existence.
