I created this textile piece to honor Eliza Jane Henderson, quilt maker. Two of her quilts are combined in the center, her buttons added. Handmade photo books, one cloth and one paper, are tucked into the pockets. I never met Eliza Jane, but working with her quilts has given me a special connection to her. ( She was my husband's grandmother)
